Q: Could you provide a brief description of UserEvidence?
Mark: UserEvidence helps B2B marketing teams at software companies capture proof points from their customer base. Think case studies, testimonials, product stats, ROI studies, competitive evidence, and research content. We help you tap into your customer base to create credible content that shows the real value of your product.









Q: What specific challenges were you looking to address at UserEvidence?
Mark: We needed to overhaul the brand—not just the logo and color palette but the entire identity. In B2B software, everything tends to look the same. I wanted our brand to truly stand out. On top of that, we needed to migrate our custom-built website and move it over to an actual CMS. We needed a more flexible and stable environment to quickly spin up new pages–without relying on our internal engineering for simple changes. From there, we haven’t stopped testing, iterating, and evolving the brand design. What I inherited in July 2023 couldn’t look more different from where we are today. I’m excited to keep pushing it even further.
Q: Why Algert?
Mark: I started working with Algert four years ago as one of their first clients. They’ve honestly spoiled me with the quality of their work. When I joined UserEvidence, I was tasked with leading a rebrand and website redesign within my first 45 calendar days that coincided with our Series A announcement.
