In 2015, I started taking on freelance projects. At the time, I wasn’t trying to build an agency. I was simply focused on doing good work and helping clients solve problems and creating a name for myself.
As the projects grew, so did the relationships. One client became two. Two became ten. Before long, I found myself spending less time finding work and more time figuring out how to support the growing number of companies that wanted to keep working together.
That’s when I realized the opportunity wasn’t another agency.
Most marketing teams were stuck between hiring expensive in-house talent or managing a rotating cast of freelancers and vendors. Neither option felt particularly efficient.
So we built something different.
Today, Algert works as an extension of a select group of B2B marketing teams. We handle the design, development, and creative execution that companies need every day, without the overhead of building a large internal team or the inconsistency that often comes with traditional agency relationships.
We’re intentionally selective about who we work with.
Not because we believe in exclusivity, but because our model only works when we have enough context to genuinely understand a client’s business, team, and goals. The better we know the business, the better decisions we can make without slowing things down.
Most of our growth has come through referrals, which is probably the thing I’m most proud of. It means the relationships matter as much as the work itself.

Today, our team supports companies across SaaS, healthcare, technology, and professional services, helping them build brands, launch websites, create campaigns, and solve the hundreds of creative challenges that come with growth.
We’re not trying to be the biggest agency. We just want to be the team our clients trust when the work matters.

Founded by Algert Sula (formerly Drift). He dreamed about building a world-class creative agency since the early days of his career and in 2019, he put all of his focus on building that dream.
Over the last several years we’ve had the opportunity to work with everyone from rising unicorns to well-known giants. Our sole purpose is to create memorable and meaningful experiences, and not just another bland website, logo, or content strategy.
Whether the project is a full rebrand or a quick campaign, we approach them all with the same, with our three core principles in mind: Speed, Quality, and Simplicity.
